Our Therapeutic Program

Our Therapeutic Program

Groundbreaking and independently validated work at Regeneron in a mouse model has identified activin A as a potential key driver of heterotopic ossification in FOP and suggests that activin A blockade may be an effective treatment for people with FOP. To learn about Regeneron’s research into FOP, please see Our Research Findings.

We are currently in clinical development with a novel investigational therapy that blocks activin A.

Our novel investigational therapy has received orphan drug designation from both the U.S. Food and Drug Adminstration and the European Medicines Agency.
